Wuxi Guodian Huaxin Hoisting and Transportation Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called as "Wuxi Manufacturing Base") was established in year 2002. It is HXME's wholly-owned subsidiary company. It is located in Wangzhuang Industrial Zone, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. It covers an area of 23,000 square meters and has an annual production of about 4,000 tons. Its main business is manufacturing, processing, assembly, testing of HXME products and it also undertakes various businesses within its scope of qualification. At the beginning of its establishment, Wuxi Manufacturing Base was jointly established by the key employees of HXME and the former backbone personnel of Wuxi Hoisting and Transportation Machinery Factory, and Wuxi Manufacturing Base makes the design theory and manufacturing practice highly integrated. As the earliest manufacturing base of HXME, it has undertaken the manufacture work of all the products of HXME for more than 20 years, with rich manufacturing experience and good quality management practices, the product quality is stable and reliable.

Zhejiang Haizhong Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called as "Haiyan Manufacturing Base") was established in year 2010. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of HXME. It is located in China Nuclear Power Town, Haiyan County, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. It covers an area of 106,000 square meters and has an annual productivity of 15000t~20,000t. It is currently the largest and most complete manufacturing base of HXME, it is close to Hangzhou Bay Bridge and Haiyan Wharf, which is very convenient for water and land transportation. Haiyan Manufacturing Base was officially put into operation in year 2013. It has a number of large steel structure machining workshops, assembly workshops, painting workshops, and equipped with 1500t-45m bridge test bench and 1000t trolley test bench, and a large open-air stockyard of 18,000 square meters. Haiyan Manufacturing Base was originally built for the production of nuclear power equipment and large-tonnage cranes to adapt to China nuclear power construction. It is also a nuclear power equipment R&D and test base to promote the localization of nuclear power equipment. It is now an important manufacturing base for various products of HXME, to provide guarantee for the smooth delivery of the projects undertaken by HXME.

HXME Hangzhou Yuhang Branch (Hangzhou Manufacturing Base) was established in year 2012, located in Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, covering an area of 7,600 square meters. Its main business is to manufacture low-voltage control cabinets, low-voltage power distribution cabinets, high-voltage cabinets, and linkage console of driver's cabin, lighting box, etc for HXME's products.

Hangzhou Huaxin Technology Co., Ltd. was established in year 2002 and is currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of HXME. It is located in Zijingang Science and Technology Town, Xihu District, Hangzhou City, covering an area of 20,000 square meters. It was previously the trolley assembly and testing base served for business undertaken by HXME, and it is now separated from its previous main business due to development needs and will shift to the field of the development and operation of real estate.

Zhejiang Tianxin Intelligent Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called as "Tianxin Institute") is a company controlled by HXME, registered in Xihu District, Hangzhou City. It was officially established in year 2018 under the environment of "Intelligent Manufacturing in China 2025" and "Industry 4.0", it is a technological and innovative company which combines traditional industrial projects with advanced technologies and new frontier. It is founded by a group of R&D backbones of HXME, leading to walk out the pioneering road of HXME's second entrepreneurship, focusing on the integration of intelligence, digitization, renovation and upgrading of traditional port equipment under environmental protection policy, devoting to the research and development of environment-friendly screw ship unloaders for power plant terminals and port equipment, with unattended working mode, intelligent spreaders, remote monitoring, use of big data, and upgrading of environmental protection system and such areas.
